Our Patents & Trademarks Practice Group’s expertise covers both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property work.
The Practice Group handles all aspects of contentious work covering the entire spectrum of intellectual property rights enforcement. These include civil and criminal proceedings relating to trademark and copyright infringement as well as applying for the necessary injunctions.
With respect to the non-contentious aspects, we are well equipped to advise our clients on effective strategies to manage and protect their intellectual property rights. These include registering of patents and trademarks in various jurisdictions and drafting agreements relating to the licensing and sale of intellectual property.
