Tan Ter Yee has more than 35 years of experience in conveyancing and real estate from her role as Director and head of Real Estate at AbrahamLow LLC and later at Watiga Legal LLC. Her expertise in real estate ranges from sale and purchase of residential, commercial and industrial properties, leasing and to securitisation and financing.

In particular, Ter Yee enjoys the challenge and is adept in handling complicated issues arising out of matrimonial, estate and trust matters.

She keeps abreast of  legislative changes that especially impact the clients and their real estate transactions.

In conjunction with the real estate practice, Ter Yee is also experienced in assisting clients with estate planning, advising on wills and succession matters. Ter Yee is also a Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public.
