Ace specialises in complex commercial dispute resolution, with a focus on restructuring and insolvency matters. He advises and acts for liquidators, debtors, and creditors in both contentious and non-contentious liquidations. His clients include multinational corporations, listed companies, small and medium-sized enterprises, and private individuals. 

Ace also acts for and advises individual and corporate clients in commercial, companies-related, international trade, and employment disputes. He has experience handling shareholder and boardroom disputes, claims involving breaches of directors’ duties, and contractual disputes. 

Ace is effectively trilingual and proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Chinese. In 2026, he obtained a Certificate of Proficiency in Business Mandarin for Legal Professionals from the Singapore Chinese Chamber Institute of Business. 

In his free time, he enjoys solving Chinese chess puzzles and travelling abroad to compete in poker tournaments.
