JTJB’s corporate secretarial arm, MP Corporate Secretarial Services, has been named one of Singapore’s top Corporate Secretarial Services by Singapore’s Finest. Congratulations to the MP Corp team!
MP Corporate’s list of services include:
- Setting up of an entity: incorporation of private and public companies, registration of a Singapore Branch Office, Representative Office and assisting in the purchase of Offshore companies.

JTJB retains three trainees as Associates
Despite the difficult times, JTJB continues to strive to strengthen our team and capability to deliver to our clients.
So we are pleased to announce that three of our Trainee lawyers have been retained as Associates – Samuel Lee Kai Chuan, Tio Siaw Min and Thong Ying Xuan.
All of them performed admirably during their training and were involved in a range of matters including commercial litigation and arbitration, including shipping and admiralty disputes, and restructuring and insolvency.
