More About

Wade is a registered foreign lawyer at JTJB, dual-qualified as a lawyer in the People’s Republic of China and as a solicitor of England and Wales. His practice covers a broad spectrum of cross-border matters, with a particular focus on international arbitration and multi-jurisdictional litigation in the areas of commodity trading and shipping.

Wade has extensive experience representing both Chinese and international clients in institutional and ad hoc arbitration proceedings seated in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and London. Prior to joining JTJB, Wade practised for over nine years in the Shanghai offices of an international law firm and a leading domestic firm, where he acted in a wide range of cross-border disputes and transactions. His litigation experience includes handling ship arrest, maritime injunctions, property preservation, bankruptcy proceedings, and complex enforcement cases involving multiple jurisdictions.
